If you are interested in working with Life Simplified, you need to understand that this is a commitment beyond just the sessions.  You need to be committed to changing old habits, beliefs and ways you've always done things.  This can be hard, but that's the support Life Simplified offers.

Consider commiting to coaching for a minimum of initial three months of coaching.  It usually takes this long to build momentum toward your goals.  During that time you will have unlimited email access to Jen along with short calls if needed.
